Rachel provided a great sports massage which really helped with my neck and lower back issues. I'd definitely recommend to anyone with a stiff neck, shoulders or back that's causing discomfort.

I had a great session with Graeme yesterday. He is clearly very knowledgable and I appreciated the holistic view he took discussing different aspects of my health before providing recommendations/simple tips for me to bear in mind in daily life. It was a very positive experience & I would definitely recommend him to others

This morning I met Rachel and had my first in a series of sessions to help release tension that I carry in my back caused by a number of issues and repetitive strain movements. It was a great session and I came away much more free after just the first session 🙂 thanks so much. Looking forward to the next session already!
